WordsOfColor accounts are parent-owned or adult-owned in Stage 1. We do not create child profiles in this release.
We collect account, purchase, entitlement, download, support, and community data needed to sell books, provide downloads, protect WOCCommunity, and answer support requests.
Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider. WordsOfColor stores order, checkout, coupon, gift-card, and entitlement records, not raw card numbers.
Stage 1 does not support child profiles, public child data, or child-directed community accounts. If child profiles are added later, parental consent, data minimization, deletion/export rights, and age-appropriate review become release gates.
Community access is tied to the signed-in account and active book entitlement. Support is available through WOCCommunity for members and by email at team@wordsofcolor.com.
